Export-Certified Crates and Pallets

Our woodshop is staffed with skilled craftsmen, ready to design and build complete protective containers for your products. We use quality materials: every piece of wood – and finished container – in our shop is IPPC-certified for domestic or international shipment. We will provide crates that stack or roll, top or side-load crates, crates with doors and integrated skids, shock-absorbing skids … whatever your need. Offering personal service and attention to detail, our design team will work with you to make the perfect crates and pallets according to your timeline and budget.

We can install protective foam (polyethylene and/or polyurethane) both inside and outside the container to further protect your items from shock and vibration. With various densities of foam, we will design a pack custom-tailored to your products’ weight and sensitivity.

We can also include custom-sized one-off corrugated boxes to help separate the contents and keep your shipment neat & organized.

Warehouse storage space is often a constraint many of our customers face. We offer knockdown style crates as well as fully assembled, so you can save space and assemble your crate when your product is ready to ship.
